Sparviere Fishing Tours by Angela Pollio (VAT number 10193981213), with its registered office in Massa Lubrense (NA) at Via Torre 1, is engaged in the management of boat and watercraft rentals with a skipper, selling its services online through the website www.sparvierefishingtours.com. The use of the online booking platform on the website www.sparvierefishingtours.com (hereinafter referred to as “the site” or “Sparviere Fishing Tours”) is subject to the following general conditions.
The user who contracts and books any type of offer or service advertised on the site fully and unreservedly accepts these general terms and conditions of contract as well as our site’s Privacy Policy. Therefore, we invite you to carefully read these general terms and conditions.

Sparviere Fishing Tours is the owner of the website www.sparvierefishingtours.com, through which it allows the booking of tourist and/or excursion services, also offered by third parties, or the rental and/or leasing of pleasure craft, of which it is the owner or of which third parties are the owners.
In order for the customer to always be satisfied, Sparviere Fishing Tours undertakes to amicably resolve any issues that may arise during the use of the services offered, and we encourage the user to do the same by contacting us at the email address info@sparvierefishingtours.com.

Service Object
The website www.sparvierefishingtours.com provides an online platform that allows customers to request the rental and/or charter of pleasure craft with a sailor/skipper.
Once the customer has completed the appropriate web form with the data requested by the software, the Platform allows the customer to submit a request for the selected service or product. The offer is considered validly sent when the customer/user has made the payment of the required deposit by email using the PayPal or Stripe payment system.

Immediately, the system will generate a confirmation email for the service or product requested. Sparviere Fishing Tours or the third-party service provider may freely decline the offer and refund the amount paid by the customer/user within the next 48 hours if there is no longer availability for the selected service or product or if the customer/user has not complied with the parameters of this contract.

Booking
The user who makes a booking, subject to what is specified in Article 2, through the website www.sparvierefishingtours.com establishes a direct and binding contractual relationship with Sparviere Fishing Tours in all cases where the product and service are offered directly by Sparviere Fishing Tours; otherwise, the contractual relationship will be deemed to be concluded with the service provider or the chosen product.
Every booking request made through our Online Booking System is processed and transmitted to the final service provider.

Rates
All rates published on the Sparviere Fishing Tours website are intended for the entire duration and are inclusive of any applicable charges and other legally required accessories (including VAT), unless otherwise indicated in the offer itself. The final price is also calculated based on the information provided by the user (e.g., days, number of passengers, etc.) and must be paid, using the specified methods (e.g., debit/credit card, cash, PayPal, Stripe, etc.), to Sparviere Fishing Tours, which will collect it on its own behalf or on behalf of the final provider if it is a third party.
At the time of booking, the customer will be charged an amount equal to a variable deposit of the final price. The remaining amount will be paid on-site.

Privacy Policy

Cancellation
Unless there are different cancellation conditions in the product description, Sparviere Fishing Tours will apply the following cancellation fees in case of user cancellation:

Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: full refund
Later than 48 hours before the start of the activity and in case of no-show: no refund
Furthermore, the provider reserves the right to make non-essential changes to the program if necessary due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances. Additional or different conditions may be found in the respective offers.

Miscellaneous
Unless otherwise specified, the software necessary to provide our services, made available or used by our website, and the content of the materials on our website are the property of Sparviere Fishing Tours, its suppliers, or its providers.
Our business and services are regulated by Italian law, and for any dispute, the competent court will be exclusively, depending on the value, the Peace Judge of Sorrento (NA) or the Court of Torre Annunziata (NA), determined based on the registered office of Sparviere Fishing Tours.

Complaints
For any complaints or issues regarding the use of the services provided by Sparviere Fishing Tours, the user is invited to send a specific report via email to info@sparvierefishingtours.com.

Effectiveness of these conditions
Sparviere Fishing Tours may unilaterally modify these general terms and conditions of contract at any time.
The modifications will be communicated to the user by email and will be available on the website (www.sparvierefishingtours.com/terms-of-use/).
In the event of a unilateral modification of the contract, users whose bookings are still valid will be guaranteed the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 15 days from the communication of the modification and/or its publication on the website.
